PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices will be
subject to 10% GST.

RETURNS
Goods will only be accepted for return if prior arrangement has been
obtained within 7 days from the date of invoice and the return costs
have been agreed. Special design orders cannot be returned for credit.

FREIGHT
All goods will be sent Freight On unless otherwise specified.

PROPERTY
Title and ownership of the goods does not pass to the purchaser until
payment in full has been made and all cheques have been cleared. Until
such time the goods remain the property of All States Trailer Spares &
Sales.

INSURANCE
Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser upon the goods leaving
the warehouse.

TERMS
Payment must be received before your order can be processed.
